If you decide to return your Bolt Foldable bike, simply email us at enquiry@boltfoldablebike.com.sg with the following:

2. Reason for return
3. Image of bike defects
4. Image of order receipt

We will share with you a unit at Beauty World where you can drop off the bike, and get a refund within a week – no questions asked!*

You can ride easy knowing that every return is donated to whatever charity is willing to pick up the bikes from our warehouse.

7 Day Return*

When does the 7 Day Return begin?

Our 7 Day Free Return starts from the moment the bike arrives at your doorstep.

How to refund my foldable bike?
For returns, email us at enquiry@boltfoldablebike.com.sg with the following:
 
1. Subject headline: Return Request
2. Description of bike defects
3. Image of bike defects
4. Image of order receipt

You will then receive a unit number and can proceed to drop off your bike at Beauty World shopping mall.

Once the bike is returned, the refund will take 4-7 working days to process. The refund will then be made directly back to your original payment method (usually via debit/credit card).

The refund will include the full cost of the bike minus a small $80 administration fee – regardless of the circumstances of the return.

Do you resell the returned bikes?

Never! We believe that every customer deserves a brand new bike. And we also believe in charity.

Which is why we decided to kill 2 birds with one stone by offering consumers the benefits of a free trial, and donating whatever bikes get returned in the process.
